Even if you are married or have been in a long-term relationship. It is still so important to keep passion and desire alive. An easy way to do that is with the classic "Date Night".
CNN actually wrote an article that has some great tips and tricks for creating a Check it out here: https://www.cnn.com/2022/05/30/health/date-night-returns-relationship-wellness/index.html
I really liked the idea of a sleepover night. It got my ideas of what different things you can do on a blow-up mattress in the front room! (make sure the kids are gone for that night!) LOL
The biggest thing I can say is make sure you kiss each other a few times during the date. This releases the love hormone (oxytocin) which is a great way to bond with your partner!

Now that we have almost spent all of our tax return money... or still upset with the IRS. Let's talk about you and your "Bae" going out for a lovely evening out!
What about the money situation?! Date nights can be expensive, and many of us are "ballin on a budget"! LOL
So came up with some tips for cheap date nights:
Netflix and Chill? - Yeah, staying in can be fun! So switch it up, make a bed on the floor, get some favorite snacks or get your favorite tacos from the local taco truck down the street, and curl up and watch a comedy. Maybe you want a sexy option? Still make a bed on the floor, but this party's attire is bra and underwear ONLY. Pick a sexy movie like Basic Instinct, Cruel Intentions, Love and Basketball, or Wild Things (I think I might be stuck in the '90s, but these are some classics!).
Game Night - Need some games or other fun activities? Check out some games I made or check out some other objects that you can introduce in the bedroom. :)
Watch A Sunrise Or Sunset - Fact! The most beautiful show is right above of us! So seize the moment and take your lovey on a road trip to find the best view in your town to watch a sunrise or sunset.
Stargazing With Your Boo - Like watching a sunset, go outside once it's dark with a lawn chair and a blanket and look up! Check out this article for some best stargazing apps to help you find the best location and help you navigate the night sky!: https://www.space.com/best-stargazing-apps

How do we make more time for ourselves and our partners? My favorite saying to tell someone that is hyped up on the busyness of life is to "stop and smell the roses"... Even if there aren't any roses to smell, you have to stop and take a moment to breathe.
I wanted to talk to you about my Naked Truth Card Game.
I created this game to help couples and singles identify their wants, needs, and desires and have a really good foundation for talking -about everything!
Here is the concept of the game: There are 21 different characteristics of cards in the deck. On the card I show in the video, it says "Time" so whether you want more time together or less time together, this just gives your a great way to talk about that topic.
How you play is a process of elimination. Go through the cards and categorize them from more important to least important and keep doing that until you get down to your top three cards.
Once you get down to the last three cards, those characteristics are the most important to you - in your current situation. You can have a conversation with your partner or with yourself for future relationships.
Make sure you grab yours today!!

Let’s talk about having a stress-free Valentine’s Day! Valentine's Day started in the year 496 and was celebrated for the coming of spring.
Now, let's talk about stress. Cortisol is the stress hormone and that's the feeling when you’re stressed, anxious and all of those horrible feelings that you feel when you’re overwhelmed.
How to counteract stress is more oxytocin. Oxytocin is the love hormone. It's that warm and fuzzy feeling inside and how you get that is with kissing and hugging... AND orgasms.
This Vday, make sure you get the love going!! Either with yourself or with your partner!
If you have someone on Valentine's make sure you get a gift on my website!! I have a variety of Valentine's Gift Sets available.
I hope you have a fantastic Valentine’s Day filled with love and passionate to get that "love flowing"!
