Let’s talk about having a stress-free Valentine’s Day! Valentine's Day started in the year 496 and was celebrated for the coming of spring.

Now, let's talk about stress. Cortisol is the stress hormone and that's the feeling when you’re stressed, anxious and all of those horrible feelings that you feel when you’re overwhelmed.

How to counteract stress is more oxytocin. Oxytocin is the love hormone. It's that warm and fuzzy feeling inside and how you get that is with kissing and hugging... AND orgasms.

This Vday, make sure you get the love going!! Either with yourself or with your partner!

Here's a fun fact about Valentines Day or the "day of love" - it first began in the year 496 A.D.! V-Day was a celebration, really, to kick off Spring. It's a beautiful day here in Salt Lake City and its definitely getting me in the mood for spring and love.
