Hi everyone! Let's talk about menstrual cups!! Menstrual cups are actually a great alternative to tampons and pads. We know that a lot of women get yeast infections from tampons and there is a lower risk of leakage with cups. Jimmy Janes menstrual cups come with two different sized cups, one for a more heavy flow and the other for regular days also comes with a travel bag and a full instruction kit. When you are wearing the cup they really feel like a tampon or like nothing at all. Some women can experience some pressure on the bladder. Every-body is different, so check it out for yourself! There are two ways to insert the cups. One is the U-shape and the other is the push in place then or you can try to push calls where you insert one finger down Jimmy G tone really soft and flexible material for proper insertion. Now when you insert the cup you wanna make sure that you have some lube but if you don’t have some lube water will work as well. To insert you can or sit or stand and the same goes with taking them out. You can sit or stand and then bear down like a bowel movement. Then grab the knob and release. There are holes at the top of the cup to prevent suction. In the event, you feel suction simply break the seal. How often you should be taking these out during the day is about 2 to 3 times each day - depending on your flow. When you take it out make sure that there’s no spillage, then dumping it in the toilet and rinsing out before you go ahead and put it back in. You will want to rinse the cup before you insert it again. You will need to clean these for each cycle, by boiling in clean water and clean pan for about 5 to 10 minutes, then let them sit for about another 10 minutes before you insert the cup. You can actually keep your cups for about 1 to 2 years, some even say about 5 years, so just make sure that you’re inspecting the cup for any rips or tears, or discoloration. Period blood is really really potent so there will be some discoloration as time goes on. also if there is a large foul smell you want to replace your cups. I use menstrual cups instead of tampons because my body is really really sensitive. It's a great alternative to tampons and it's environmentally friendly because you’re not having all of the garbage go to the landfill. I highly suggest grabbing yours today!! Remember to be kind to yourself and get it on!!

Hi everyone! Let's talk about lube!
This is my favorite lube by far! It's called Good Clean Love good clean, it is water-based lube. It's also organic and safe for toys! Water-based lube is great because you don't need to keep reapplying the lube, you just need to have some water nearby and splash some water when it starts to get dry. There are so many bad lubes out there that have side effects after you use them. Good Clean Love is a safe choice because it's not going to through your PH balance off. For women, our vaginas are so sensitive to any outside chemical, This lube is a safe choice because it won't through your PH balance off. You can see when I put some on my hands, it’s not sticky at all it is very very silky, slippery, and wet. When it starts to get dry it’s not sticky at all just feels like a smooth surface. And once it starts to get dry just reactivated with the water! I highly recommend this lube! Click here to grab your lube today!
